I hate Bill Walwrath

The man is a moron...
First of all, he's trying to rebuild an entire 2003 domain in 12 hours..
Then he calls up at 3:00PM on a Tuesday and asks for a restrictive access list for 7:00PM that night to be lifted at 8:00AM the next day. Later he changes it to Noon...
Last night after I implemented his approved access list I called him at 7:10PM to see if it was working. He says yes. Then at 8:30 I get a call on my cell saying that the two subnets won't talk to one another... I added some changes... still no go..
I work on this problem till about midnight... at which point I tell him there is no fix and that I'll have someone look at it in the morning... untill then he can work with it broken or I can put the old access list back which lets the whole internet talk back at him. He chooses to let it stay broken.
3:10AM that's right AM he calls me at HOME!...
You see I had to call him from my home phone at 11:30PM last night because my cell phone battery died... so he then had my home phone # in his cell phone... grrrrr
My wife was pissed... I was pissed... I only got 4-5 hours sleep last night because of it...
I hate Bill will a passion now.

When you wife/girlfriend says something like:
"I'm fat and ugly"
You should not respond with:
"You're not ugly"

You see because of what you didn't say just then, will get you into a ton of trouble.

Gateway still sucks ass

I'm here to report that I sent off my laptop again...
This time they reinstalled the cd and upgraded the bios and deemed it "fixed"
Needless to say it didn't boot the first 3 times I booted it... a call to gateway got me a new laptop... should be here in 2 weeks... I need my laptop however...
